 Opened in 1971, OHCO Inc. features a wide selection of fabrics including velvets, ultra suedes and cotton prints, and several fabrics that are perfect for creating home accessories.

 "When you come to our store, you can decorate your whole house from your windows down to your floors," Ison said.

 For customer looking for the perfect accent to any room, OHCO Inc. is offering customers deals on oriental rugs.

 "Right now, we have an additional 25 percent off our rugs, and they are already 50 percent off," Ison said.

 OHCO Inc. also sells fabric remnants for $6.99 a yard, many of which are cut from fabrics that cost upwards of $100.
