McIntosh Trail Early Childhood Development Council Inc. is accepting applications for Head Start and pre-k programs for the 2011-2012 school year in Newton County. The Head Start program is for children who have turned 3 or 4 by Sept. 1, 2011. Pre-K is for children who have turned 4 by Sept. 1, 2011.
