Commissioners extend moratoriums on data centers, convenience stores

The Newton County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously on Tuesday to extend the enacted moratoriums for data center and convenience store applications. The 30-day moratoriums were initially set to expire on March 18 and have now been extended through April 8.
