Vicki Allen, 55, of Covington, GA died Sunday, December 9, 2012 after a long struggle with diabetes and its complications.  She was the daughter of the late Charlotte and Floyd Allen of Covington.  Vicki graduated from Newton County High School in 1975 and attended Valdosta State College.  She was employed for many years by SunTrust Bank of Atlanta as a Loan Officer.  She is survived by her aunt, Jacquelyn Pennington of Madison, GA cousins Penny O’Callaghan of Atlanta, GA and Sonny, Robert, and Dan Pennington of Madison, GA.  Funeral services will be held at the Chapel of J.C. Harwell and Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at 3 O’clock with Reverend Jan McCoy officiating.  The family will receive visitors prior to the service at 2:00pm.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Covington, GA.  J.C.
