Roger Darryl Holloway, 52 of Social Circle, went to be with the Lord, Friday, April 1, 2016. He was born in Athens, to the late Jessie Dean and Susie Holloway; in addition, he is preceded by his little brother Ricky and step mother Judy Holloway. Darryl was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and a friend to everyone. He never met a stranger and would give you his last dollar. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, working on cars and building motors. He was a Shriner and a Mason. Darryl loved his wife, children and his grandbabies, but most of all he loved the Lord.

Darryl is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Freda Holloway; daughter and son-in-law Amanda and Rommy Bayyoud; sons and daughters-in-law, David Dean and LeeAnn Holloway, Derek and Melissa Hawkins; grandchildren, Jacob, Brayden, Raelee, Sean, Ezra; sisters; Regina(Phil) Smith, Deanna Holloway, Sherryl Williams, Tammy Holloway, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Services for Darryl were held Monday, April 4, 2016, at 2 p.m. at Wheeler Funeral Home, 11405 Brown Bridge Rd. Covington, GA. with Tommy Duncan and Darrell Allen officiating. Family received’ friends from noon-2 p.m. Online condolences can be made at wheelerfuneralhome.com.
