Newton County School System will hold its annual Kindergarten Round-Up during the week of March 18-21. Children must be 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2013 (child must have been born on or before Sept. 1, 2008) to register for the 2013-2014 school year. Parents should bring their prospective kindergarten student with them to the roundup so teachers can conduct screenings with the children.
