COVINGTON, Ga. – Investigators with the Newton County Sheriff’s Office are looking for whoever is responsible for slashing the tires on cars parked at a west side apartment complex last Wednesday.

According to multiple NCSO incident reports, the crimes occurred between midnight and 8:55 a.m. June 13. After responding to a report of property damage at the Arbor Lakes Apartments, a deputy found six vehicles, including a pick-up and a work truck, with slashed tires.

A NCSO spokesman said there are no suspects in the cases.
