MORGAN COUNTY – A group of Morgan County citizens opposed to the Rivian electric vehicle manufacturing plant slated for the Stanton Springs industrial and mixed-use development off Interstate 20 near Social Circle has rejuvenated its GoFundMe fundraising efforts.
