University of Georgia Extension Master Gardeners and Newton Trails volunteers recently began installing a new trial garden along the Cricket Frog Trail on Pace Street in Covington. The garden, which will serve as a demonstration site and community space, is based on a landscaping plan developed by Noah Dilday, a graduate student in UGA’s College of Environment and Design working through the University of Georgia Archway Partnership.

The Archway Partnership and UGA Extension are two of the many UGA units dedicated to serving the state. To learn more about the Archway Partnership, visit archwaypartnership.uga.edu and to learn more about UGA Extension, visit extension.uga.edu.
