Local Coffee House to relocate from Square; co-owner involved in multiple lawsuits

Newton County will have to bid a sudden goodbye to one of the Square’s coffee staples this weekend. On Tuesday, Local Coffee House & Study Lounge, or “@Local,” posted on Facebook that its final day serving the Square will be Sunday, Aug. 3. But the relocation of the beloved coffee shop has a number of moving parts concerning a multitude of legal cases.
