Traffic is flowing freely after a morning accident that blocked the Access Road in front of Riverside Estates Mobile Home Park, just east of Crowell Road, and at least one person was taken to a hospital in Atlanta, said 1st Lt. Mark Mitchell with the Newton County Sheriff's Office.
