The sun isn’t the only thing trying to get out through the rain this summer, as the Post 77 American Legion baseball team has also struggled to see the field recently. Tuesday, there was a break in the weather, long enough for Rockdale to take on Buford, but things didn’t pan out the way Post 77 would have liked. After taking a four-run lead in the third inning, Rockdale gave up a run in the top of the fourth and three in the top of the seventh to send the game into extra innings.
