A four-year varsity starter, Morgan Green served as captain three years and led Eastside in goals scored as a sophomore and in assists her sophomore and junior years. Green was named second team All-Region as a sophomore and first team All-Region as a junior.

Green is the fourth former Lady Eagle to become a GMC Bulldog. She follows Kylee Byrne in 2013, Alex Morvik in 2014, and Haley Walden in 2015 to Milledgeville.
