ATLANTA (AP) — An Atlanta woman who was robbed of her car and dog has her pet back due to the kindness of a stranger.

WAGA-TV (http://bit.ly/1KJHbar ) reports Carla Favors had her car stolen at a gas station on May 1 with "Cocoa Puffy," her Chihuahua, inside. Police say someone found the dog Wednesday morning at another gas station and Favors was notified. The two have since been reunited.

Police are still searching for the car, but have few leads.
