MONROE, GA – U.S. Congressman Jody Hice (GA-10) announced that he will host a “Veterans Appreciation Coffee” Friday, Nov. 10.

Hice invites 10th District veterans to stop by his Monroe district office, at 100 Court St., in Monroe, between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. for coffee and pastries.  Hice will be there to thank veterans for their service and to discuss important issues facing our military and veterans.

“It’s important that we recognize the generations of men and women who wore the uniform in defense of our country and liberties,” Hice said.  “Veterans Day is just one opportunity to do so, and I hope that all Americans will take time this season to demonstrate respect and express their gratitude to our nation’s valiant warriors.”
