NORCROSS, Ga. (AP) — A developer is seeking permission to build an estimated $1 billion move studio campus in Norcross.

Jacoby Development will seek approval from county officials Nov. 4 to rezone the proposed campus from a heavy industrial area to mixed-used development.

The Gwinnet Daily Post (http://bit.ly/1uQc8mS ) reports the proposed facility, called the Atlanta Media Campus, would feature a movie studio, film school, residential area, offices, hotels and retail shops.
