Newton County deputies arrived at the Riverside Mobile Home Park in reference to a motor vehicle accident involving a school bus. The school bus driver, told the deputies that a white station wagon had backed into the passenger side of the bus while children were getting off of the bus near the front of the park. The driver of the station wagon James Nix Jr. left the scene of the accident on foot and the bus supervisor chased after him.
