COVINGTON, Ga. - The U.S. Marshal Task Force in conjunction with the Newton County Sheriff's Office arrested a suspect in the Monday evening murder at 45 Brookwood Drive in Covington.

According to a NCSO news release, the suspected was apprehended without incident in Kennesaw Wednesday, Nov. 7. The identity of the apprehended suspect was not immediately available. 

"This is still an ongoing investigation," according to the release.
