David Wayne Cost, 46, of 464 Ruth St., Athens, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with violating his probation on original charges of armed robbery and obstruction of law enforcement officers.

Gary Craig Davenport, 47, of 80 Sara Drive, Covington, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with violating his probation.

Brad Alan Davis, 37, of 40 Highgrove Drive, Covington, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with not having drugs in the original container, possession of hydrocodone and theft by deception.

Ladarius Bashawn Norris, 21, of 288 Beaty Circle, Flovilla, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with manufacture, delivery, distribution, administration, sale, or possession with intention to distribute marijuana and speeding (14 to 24 mph over the speed limit).

Emir Daqun Pelt, 17, of 9117 Lakeview Drive SW, Covington, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer.

Douglas Cavot Price, 72, of 5760 Dixie Highway, Rutledge, was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage.

James Robert Harris Jr., 35, of 413 Pebble Blvd., Covington, was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license, DUI (alcohol), improper stopping on the highway, possession of marijuana (less than 1 ounce), no proof of insurance, possession of an open container, operating a vehicle without a current plate (first offense), removing or affixing a license plate with the intention to conceal and the use of a license plate to misrepresent the identity of a vehicle.
