Antwonette Thomas is a two-time AAU Junior Olympic National Champion in track and field. Thomas is a long running captain of the Track Phi Elite track club, which is based in Lithonia. The 11-year-old Thomas runs the 800m, 1500m and 3000m runs and has collected several state, region and national medals in her events.

Her dedication and never-quit attitude on and off the track will give her many opportunities for success in life. Thomas also plays basketball in the city of Covington, where she resides with her parents Al and Elaine Thomas.
