COVINGTON, Ga. - The staff of Ginn Motor Company pulled off a surprise that was 50 years in the making Friday morning, recognizing William (Billy) Fortson for 50 years as Dealer Principal. Fortson was speechless as he was greeted by elected officials, community members and Ginn employees in a special celebration at the Ginn Chevrolet location on Access Road in Covington.
