Tay is Piedmont Newton’s first baby of the New Year. Born on Jan. 1 at 1:15 p.m. to mom Evelyn Rangel, Tay has received expert care in the Level III NICU. Over the past year, Piedmont Newton’s Level III NICU has helped about 150 babies receive specialized care close to home, allowing families to stay together during those first precious moments. Piedmont Newton was proud to celebrate Tay and support strong starts for every baby.
