FOOTBALL RANKINGS: Eastside will return to action Thursday still holding its No. 8 spot in Class AAAA

After two byes over the last three weeks, the Eastside Eagles will take the field again Thursday against Luella in the first of its season-ending string of Region 4-AAAA clashes that will have playoff implications for coach Troy Hoff's team.

When Eastside hosts Luella in a Region 4-AAAA matchup, they'll do so maintaining the No. 8 spot in the Georgia Sportswriters Association Class AAAA rankings.
