Thomas Mr. James Michael “Mike” Thomas, 65, a longtime resident of Covington, died August 10, 2009. He was born April 13, 1944 to the late Hoke Smith Sr. and Jessie Edwards Thomas in Fulton County Georgia. Mr. Thomas loved car racing and sailing, he was a loving and caring person.
