Geraldine Mills, of Covington, passed away Saturday, Feb. 11, 2017 at the age of 77 in the presence of her loved ones. Mrs. Mills was a treasured member of both the Newton and Rockdale Education communities. Her education career began notably as the secretary for Newton County’s first integrated middle school.
