Mrs. Frances Hiott Quinn,  64, of Mansfield, passed away Dec. 27. She enjoyed reading, traveling to the mountains of North Carolina and Edisto Beach, S.C. She loved her family and her animals. Mrs. Quinn is loved, and will be missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Dell (Roberson) Hiott.

Survivors include her husband Andrew Quinn; sons and daughter-in-law Ken and Karen Fewell of Lawrenceville; Scott Fewell of Lilburn; daughters and son-in-law Katie and Wesley Dickerson of Monticello; Kerin Quinn of Ocala, Fla.; grandchildren Makenna Fewell, Quinn Dickerson, Gavin Fewell; sister and brother-in-law Mary Beth and Joel Radcliff of Summerville, S.C.; cousins Suzanne and Doyle Weeks.

A graveside service for Mrs. Quinn was held yesterday, Dec. 29, at West End Cemetery, in St. Matthews, S.C., with Rev. Michael Hub officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Alzheimer's Association - Georgia Chapter, 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 550, Atlanta, GA 30346.
