Spring breaker from Georgia found dead in Florida pool

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Police say a 20-year-old spring breaker from Georgia has been found dead in a Panama City Beach motel pool.

According to Panama City Beach police, 20-year-old Dante Jermaine Bryant of Warner Robins, Georgia, consumed various alcoholic beverages throughout Monday afternoon. At some point, he left his room at the Palm Grove Motel and friends notified police when he didn't return. Police issued an alert asking for officers to be on the lookout for Bryant.

The News Herald of Panama City (http://bit.ly/1Lo5lv6 ) reports the friends continued searching up and down the beach for Bryant. They returned to the motel at 9:45 p.m. and found his body submerged in the deep end of the pool. They called 911 but emergency crews couldn't revive him.

Police say foul play isn't suspected.
