ATLANTA (AP) — Offers of cash, clothes and plenty of well wishes are pouring in after a homeless man turned in a wallet which had been stolen from a hotel guest in downtown Atlanta.

Joel Hartman also got a makeover in a salon at the Omni Hotel at CNN Center. The hotel is providing him with a room and meals this week.

Hotel General Manager Scott Stuckey tells WSB-TV (http://bit.ly/1i31pl1) that he's received calls and emails from all over North America and brought them to Hartman.

The hotel guest from France told police a man pushed her and grabbed her purse as she walked to her car Nov. 7. Later that day, Hartman came to the hotel and said he had found the wallet while looking for food in a nearby trash can.
