ATLANTA (AP) — Four Republican state representatives are set to outline legislation they'll propose during the 2014 session to block state agencies from implementing any provision of the Affordable Care Act.

Reps. Jason Spencer, David Stover, Scot Turner and Michael Caldwell are scheduled to hold a press conference on the south stairs of the Capitol building Monday at 1 p.m. to outline two bills they're planning to introduce during the upcoming legislative session.

In a release, Spencer says the legislation is intended to leave implementation of the Affordable Care Act in Georgia up to the federal government and not state agencies.
