Atlanta police say officers shot two men suspected of taking part in an early-morning home invasion, killing one of them and wounding the other.
Police say it happened shortly after 1:30 a.m. Friday in southwest Atlanta.
Atlanta police Capt. Adam Lee III tells CBS Atlanta (http://bit.ly/OBXbg3) the two suspects were shot when police confronted them when they ran out the back of the home. Authorities say one of the men died; the other was shot in the arm.
Lee said police were searching for two other men who fled the scene.
Lee said police responded to the home on Richland Road after a woman hiding in a closet called 911, saying someone had broken in. Five other women were in the home at the time. None of them were injured.
