Nearly a month after his death and the search for the killer or killers of Manuel Samano Castillo continues.

Castillo was found stabbed to death in his modular home off Ga. Highway 20 in the Pineridge Mobile Home Park on May 31 just after 11:15 p.m. He had called 911 for help but when deputies from the Newton County Sheriff's Office arrived at the home, they saw that he was lying on the floor. After breaking into the home they found he was dead.

Investigators have met with several people regarding the case but have yet to announce a motive or name a person or people of interest.
