Jeremy Christopher Lee Smith, 19, was arraigned this morning on charges of rape, incest, exploitation of a disabled adult and sexual battery.The charges stem from a call that came into the Newton County Sheriff’s Office on Dec. 5, 2009, from a man who claimed his daughter had been assaulted by Smith at a residence in eastern Newton County.
