Next week, Newton County School System will host the Promethean ActivBus, a 21st Century Classroom on Wheels, equipped with the latest technology to engage students to increase student achievement. The ActivBus will roll into town on Tuesday, Nov. 1 and parents, students, residents, teachers and others will have the opportunity to see up close the latest in interactive technologies that make a 21st Century Classroom so effective. The ActiveBus will be located in the parking lot next to the old Sharp gymnasium across the street from the Covington YMCA on Newton Drive from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.  ~Staff Report
