Report cards have been distributed to Newton County School System students today and students will be released from school early Friday, Oct. 18, for teacher professional learning.

Elementary and Newton County Theme School at Ficquett students will be dismissed at 11:15 a.m. Friday, high-school students at 12:15 p.m., and middle-school students at 1:15 p.m. Lunch will be served before students are dismissed, and all students who ride school buses home from school will be transported to their normal bus stops.
