Matthew Kimbrell has been named the Google Ambassador for Georgia Southern University.

The Google Campus Ambassador Program recognizes enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individuals by giving them the opportunity to represent Google on their campus by maintaining open and regular communication with student councils to raise Google's visibility on campus.

Kimbrell is the son of William and Annette Kimbrell of Covington.
