A new Zaxby’s restaurant is opening in west Newton County, and with it an opportunity for 40 new jobs. Construction on the restaurant, located at 12945 Brown Bridge Road at the Highway 162 intersection, is nearly complete. It will be the third Zaxby's in Covington and the 11th overall Steve and his son, Brad Dailey, have opened.
