MUGSHOTS: One woman remains in jail after Friday's massage parlor raids

COVINGTON, Ga. - Two of the three women arrested in Friday's raid on local massage parlors are out of jail on bond, according to booking information provided by the Newton County Sheriff's Office. 

Friday afternoon, Covington Police Department raided Lucky 7 Spa and Covington Spa in a four-month joint investigation with the Covington Fire Department, Homeland Security, the Georgia Secretary of State's Office and the Georgia Department of Revenue. 

As a result of the raids, three women were taken into custody on various charges. 

Kyong Cha Oliveira, 62, of Alpharetta, was arrested at the Lucky 7 Spa and charged with keeping a place of prostitution, prostitution and possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance. According to her NCSO booking report, she remains in the Newton County Jail with a $6,500 bond. 

Hyung R. Campbell, 54, of Loganville, was arrested at Covington Spa and charged with masturbation for hire. Kyung Ja Han, 75, of Atlanta, was also arrested at Covington Spa and charged with keeping a place of prostitution. Both Campbell and Han have been released on $1,850 bonds after serving one day in jail. 

The Covington News was on scene at both the Lucky 7 Spa and Covington Spa Friday for the raids.
