The government will have just over 60 days to determine if a motion to dismiss federal charges brought forth against suspended chairman Marcello Banes and District 3 commissioner-elect Stephanie Lindsey will be honored or not.In a pre-trial conference held on Sept. 12, magistrate judge Linda T. Walker set the deadline for the government's response to be no later than Nov. 18.
