COVINGTON, Ga. - Covington Police Department is on the scene of a shooting on Griffin Lane. 

According to early reports, two females have been shot and the suspect fled on foot. 

One of the females was transported to an Atlanta hospital and the location and condition of the other female is unknown at this time.

CPD is interviewing witnesses at this time.
