COVINGTON, Ga. - Covington police arrested a 24-year-old Atlanta man last Saturday after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman walking her dog.
According to a Covington Police Department incident report, officers were dispatched to Conyers Street shortly before 6:30 p.m. Feb. 16 on a report of indecent exposure.
The first arriving officer spoke with the victim who said that while she was walking her dog, she saw a man with an afro haircut wearing a white t-shirt and blue pants expose himself and mumble something to her as he was walking toward Thompson Avenue.
According to the report, other officers located a male matching the description, identified as Quanteryion Lewis, and returned him to the scene where he was positively identified by the victim.
Lewis was transported to the Newton County Jail charged with public indecency.
