District 2 Commissioner Earnest Simmons will be honored for his 4-year term of office tonight at 6:30 p.m. at the Historic Courthouse. The reception will immediately preceed tonight's Board of Commissioners meeting. Simmons recently received an award from the Assocation of County Commisisoners of Georgia for completing government training courses.
