If you saw the dozen or so Covington police cars assembled around Applebee's this evening, it was nothing more than a drunk driving arrest, said Lt. Wendell Wagstaff.

"(The man who had been pulled over) started to get an attitude and the officer called for additional backup because he thought the guy was going to try and fight him," Wagstaff said. The man was arrested for a DUI and taken to jail.
