Eugene Presley Jr., 21, was arrested on multiple charges after officers responded to a call at 165 Lakeside Trail on June 21. According to the victim Presley assaulted her multiple times inside and outside of the home. Allegedly the victim was held inside the home by Presley and while attempting the dial 911 Presley grabbed the telephone from her.

After finally escaping to a neighbor’s house, the victim contacted authorities.

After the officers arrived on the scene and apprehended the accused from the back yard area, they were able speak with the victim. The victim explained the details of her attack and the officers arrested Presley on nine different charges: public drunkenness, two counts battery, two counts criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, aggravated assault, interfering with a 911 call and obstruction of an officer.
