Ingredients:
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 pinch of salt
— Place cream and salt in a tightly sealed container. Shake. Shake. Shake. Tap the bottom of the container against the palm of your hand occasionally while shaking. Shake until it forms a butter ball. Pour out the excess liquid. Place the butter in the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.
— You may add ½ teaspoon of Honey to the whipping cream to make honey butter.
— ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon added to the whipping cream makes a delicious cinnamon butter.
