Melanie’s Awesome Alfredo
Ingredients:
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons of cream cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Melt butter and cream cheese over medium heat in saucepan while whisking together. Then add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in heavy whipping cream and continue to whisk. Heat until bubbly. Finally add in parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Whisk until parmesan is completely melted. Remove from heat. Serve over your favorite pasta. Enjoy!
