Ms. Pauline C. Dial, 74, of Oxford, died Nov. 17 at Kennestone Hospital. The daughter of the late Zeb and Ethel Hannah Cable, she was born in Rockdale County. Ms. Dial retired from Lithonia Lighting after 30 years of service.
