James Scott Williams, 22, of Oxford, died Sept. 10. Born in Rockdale County in 1984, Mr. Williams was self-employed as a paving and stone contractor and was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. He loved cars, motorcycles, hot rods and going to Pigeon Forge to the Rod Run.
