Hartlee Olivia Allen, daughter of Scoot and Christy Allen, was born April 4 at Newton Medical Center. She weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces and was 20 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Linda Berry of Covington and Charles and Jeanette Berry of Covington.
