The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Margie Whiddon and the late Mr. J.T. Whiddon of Tift County and the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence H. Groover of Smyrna. She is the great-granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard T. Graver of Smyrna, Mr. and Mrs. Early K. Brewer of Tombs County, Mr. and Mrs. Walton J. Ellis and Mr. and Mrs. B. Lee Whiddon of Tift County.
