A bag filled with ecstasy stamped with a smiley face and a substance like marijuana was found outside the R2 Nightclub on 1381 Iris Dr. early Saturday night.

The Conyers Police department was called to the nightclub by fellow officer after a group of male subjects was standing in the parking lot, with an odor of marijuana coming from the gathering, according to reports.

As the officer called to the scene approached, the group of subjects began moving toward the entrance of the bar.

According to reports after detaining the subjects, the officer "immediately detected the smell of marijuana.
As he was interviewing the subjects, another officer called on the radio, saying he saw a member of the group kick something under the grey sedan.

There was a subject who matched the description called in, Travis Winder 22 of Conyers.

The officer then located the small plastic bag, approximately one foot from where he was standing.

According to reports, "it contained seven smaller plastic bags of leafy plant material that appeared to be marijuana. It also contained three irregular shaped pills, one yellow, one blue and one pink, with a smiley face stamp that appeared to be ecstasy."

Winder was taken into custody without incident and charged with Possession With Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance (marijuana and extacy).
